Shipping Policy

Electric Motorsport ships high-performance EV parts and systems globally. This Shipping Policy outlines our domestic and international procedures, handling times, restricted destinations, and special battery shipment considerations.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Before ordering, please review your country’s import procedures and applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.

  • All international buyers are responsible for:
    • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any local customs fees
    • Additional paperwork or delays from local regulations
  • We declare full commercial value on all customs forms and invoices. We do not undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts.

Shipping Methods

We ship via major carriers:

  • FedEx (preferred for international orders)
  • UPS
  • DHL (upon request)

Backordered items may ship separately. Some shipments may be drop-shipped directly from our supplier. Shipping method may change at our discretion unless you request otherwise.

Lithium Battery Shipping

Lithium-ion batteries are classified as fully regulated Dangerous Goods. Shipping these items requires:

  • Certified packaging
  • Special documentation
  • Compliance with hazardous goods regulations

Battery Shipping Notes:

  • We ship batteries by ground to Canada and by air to select international destinations.
  • Some countries may not be eligible for battery shipments.
  • Batteries cannot be returned due to hazmat laws and handling risks.
  • We only ship new batteries (no returns or exchanges accepted).

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST may not ship the same day.

If your item is delayed, backordered, or requires additional lead time, a team member will notify you.

Shipping Account Option (Preferred)

Want to use your own FedEx or UPS account? Please provide the following:

  • Carrier name (e.g., FedEx)
  • Account number
  • Postal code for account billing
  • Requested shipping service (e.g., Express Saver)

Split Shipments

If your order includes in-stock and special-order items, we can split the shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply — we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Restricted Countries

We generally do not ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Burundi, Cuba, DRC, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and others.

Exceptions may be made if you use a verified freight forwarder.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Tracking info is provided when available but may take time to update.
  • If your shipment is damaged or lost, report it to us ASAP. All packages are insured.
  • Recovery timelines vary by carrier and may take several weeks or longer.

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we can reship it at your expense.

Shipping Fees & Handling

  • Shipping rates are estimates and may vary.
  • Quoted rates do not include taxes, customs, storage, or brokerage fees.
  • A handling fee is included with all orders to cover packaging, processing, and verification.
