The EMUS BMS Mini can manage a maximum of 16 LiFePO4 100Ah cells. Alithium battery cells come in 4-cell modules. Each 4-cell module is 12.8 V - 100 Ah. This kit includes four 4-cell modules, to be connected in series to achieve 48 V. The Alithium 12V 100 Ah module offers a compact, lightweight, and money saving alternative to similar LiFePO4 battery modules. At nearly half the size of competing cell modules, the A12100 module finally makes it possible to pack a higher amount of energy into tight spaces like motorcycles, go karts, scooters, golf cars, and more.

The EMUS BMS Mini is a standalone lithium battery management system for batteries consisting of up to 16 lithium cells. It has all key BMS functions integrated into one device:
- Cell voltages and temperatures measurement
- Battery current measurement
The BMS Mini 3 (MNC313H) is a compact, all-in-one BMS device, that autonomously executes all core and utility functions of battery management. It interacts with all other components in the system, monitors cell voltage levels, and controls charging and balancing functions, using various inputs, outputs, and interfaces. It is designed to use for battery packs consisting of 6 up to 16 cells connected in series and has all key BMS functions integrated into one device. One Mini 3 device can be used for a single battery pack, with the later software release there will be possibility to connect several Mini 3 devices in parallel.

Select from CAN or relay-driven charger options of varying output power. Spare chargers can be purchased individually in the Chargers category on our website.
ElCon CAN enabled chargers interface directly with the EMUS BMS control unit and will not come with a preprogrammed charging algorithm because all charging parameters will be dictated by the BMS. ElCon series chargers are available in wide range of outputs. If an ElCon charger is selected, the appropriate model will be chosen based on the number of cells you have chosen above. Therefore, it is important that you do not order extra batteries on this page- instead, they should be ordered as a separate line item.
