GBS 100Ah 24V to 48V BMS Mini Battery Kit

This GBS battery package comes complete with 100Ah GBS Li-Ion battery modules, EMUS Mini battery management system (BMS), and charger. You choose the cell count, BMS components, and Accessories.   Please review the following ordering guide prior to purchasing:

Batteries

The EMUS BMS Mini can manage a minimum of 6, and maximum of 16 LiFePO4 100Ah cells. GBS battery cells come in 4-cell modules, so the staring quantity is 2 4-cell modules 

Each GBS module consists of 4 x cells at 3.2V each, totaling 12.8V per module. So for each BMS Mini, you can have the following voltage configurations:

2 modules = 24V
3 modules = 36V
4 modules = 48V

BMS Mini 

The EMUS BMS Mini is a standalone lithium battery management system for batteries consisting of up to 16 lithium cells. It has all key BMS functions integrated into one device:

 - Cell voltages and temperatures measurement
 - Battery current measurement

The BMS Mini 3 (MNC313H) is a compact, all-in-one BMS device, that autonomously executes all core and utility functions of battery management. It interacts with all other components in the system, monitors cell voltage levels, and controls charging and balancing functions, using various inputs, outputs, and interfaces. It is designed to use for battery packs consisting of 6 up to 16 cells connected in series and has all key BMS functions integrated into one device. One Mini 3 device can be used for a single battery pack, with the later software release there will be possibility to connect several Mini 3 devices in parallel.

• RS485 is a differential transmission mode protocol, which allows to continuously monitor BMS activity and control chargers (feature to be active in Q3 2021)
• SD card enables to store all sent messages from the EMUS BMS Mini 3 and recover all unexpected situations which occurred in the past (feature to be active in Q3 2021)
• State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH) allows to monitor cell’s degradation factors. SOC calculations depend on real cell capacity and internal cell parameters

Charger

The ElCon HK-H-18-66 CAN enabled charger interfaces directly with the EMUS BMS control unit and will not come with a preprogrammed charging algorithm because all charging parameters will be dictated by the BMS.  To learn nore about the charger, visit our ElCon CAN Enabled Chargers
